Why Her (Korean: 왜 오수재인가; RR: Wae Osujaeinga; lit. Why Oh Soo-jae) is an ongoing South Korean television series directed by Park Soo-jin. Starring Seo Hyun-jin in the titular role of Oh Soo-jae, and features Hwang In-youp, Huh Joon-ho in pivotal roles, also Bae In-hyuk appears in the series. It is about the coldhearted lawyer Oh Soo-jae and law school student Gong Chan (Hwang In-youp) falling in love. It premiered on SBS TV on June 3, 2022.
A romantic drama about a self-righteous lawyer Oh Soo-Jae who is driven by her desire to win cases and is talented enough to become the youngest partner at TK Law Firm. However, after an unexpected case, she gets demoted to work as a professor at a law school. There she meets Gong Chan, a student with a painful past but a warm heart who falls in love with her.
